Conversion Definition Phase

• Review client planning methodology, standards and implementation objectives for LDRPS
• Review representative samples of existing plans
• Assist in developing an appropriate plan construction hierarchy
• Review and advise on the use of plan dictionaries and the appropriate use of corporate databases
• Assist in developing LDRPS field usage criteria, including field masking and pick lists
• Assist in creating common report groupings for continuity plan documentation
• Advise on the use of baseline planning data delivered with LDRPS
• Develop a project plan and timetable for completing the required plan conversions

Electronic Plan Conversion Phase Prerequisite: Conversion Definition Phase

• Implement conversion program definitions for client LDRPS environment

LDRPS End-User Reference Guide Prerequisite: Conversion Definition Phase

• Review client training documentation standards and current training program
• Develop a prototype reference guide for client’s target training audience
• Create a master end-user guide reflecting client training objectives, continuity planning methodology and LDRPS usage criteria.

Customization of Standard LDRPS Reports

• Review client’s mock-up of required changes (i.e., sort sequences, custom headers/footers, add/subtract fields, rearrange fields on report, etc.)
• Modify and deliver LDRPS report definition file(s) per client specifications

LDRPS Report Development

• Review client’s mock-up of new report definition including header/footer, margins, field placement, sort sequences and use of client-supplied logo or clip art.
• Create and deliver LDRPS report definition file(s) reflecting client mock-up.
