Plan Maintenance
This service provides a periodic review of an
organization’s recovery plan by our worldclass consultants to ensure
that all aspects of your plan are up to date and ready at a moment’s
notice. Recommendations are made for correcting deficiencies in the
maintenance and administration of the plan. This service is normally
offered on a multi-year or annual retainer basis.
Recovery Plan Evaluation
The recovery plan evaluation is an in-depth
review and assessment of existing plans by SCS. Implemented recovery
strategies are reviewed to ensure their continued validity in
support of the business needs of the company or organization.
Weaknesses in the plan documentation, approach, administration and
recovery organization are identified.
SCS recommends modifications and enhancements to bring the plan
to a level that fully supports your recovery strategies and
specified timeframes. Recommendations include resource and cost
estimates to implement the modifications and enhancements.
