Which Came First – BIA Professional or LDRPS? (Case Study)
Since Countrywide Financial already had LDRPS contingency plans for every department, Pettit decided to put BIA Professional to work in a less traditional manner. Pettit created a BIA survey based on the business processes in the company’s existing LDRPS plans. This case study will provide a detailed analysis of how Pettit accomplished this task. In the end, what Pettit found was that the results of the survey provided in-depth insight into how the plans would actually work in an emergency.
