Recovery Readiness Review
Would you like a third-party to review your business continuity plans? With our Recovery Readiness Review, certified business continuity professionals assess your PLANet plans, meet with your staff to clear up any inconsistencies and look for any critical interdependencies that you may have missed. Also included is a facilitated tabletop test of the plan as required by FFIEC and NCUA guidelines on effective business continuity planning.

PLANet – Plan Testing
Need to test your plan but don’t have the time or know-how? Let us conduct a test for you. Our consultants, who have worked with countless organizations like yours, will develop relevant testing scenarios and conduct a comprehensive tabletop exercise, which is required by the FFIEC and NCUA guidelines. Deliverables include a document detailing test results and recommendations for plan improvements.
